Our Glen Dye Adventure – A Day to Remember

Our first adventure hike of the year took us to the stunning Glen Dye, a 10.3km loop filled with scenic views, ancient ruins, and peaceful glens. The trail meandered alongside the Water of Dye, past the charming Charr Bothy, and up to breath-taking vantage points where our adventure pups could take in the beauty of the landscape.

The hike lasted 3 hours and 35 minutes, with plenty of breaks for the dogs to refresh, play, and enjoy the fresh air.

The varied terrain, from winding forest paths to open moorlands, provided the perfect mix of exploration and adventure. Our adventure pups had the opportunity to run, sniff, and play freely, making the most of every step along the way.

One of the most exciting moments of the day was reaching the midpoint at Charr Bothy, where we paused to take in the views and give the dogs time to rest. The peaceful surroundings and fresh countryside air made it a truly special experience for both pups and handlers alike. By the end of the adventure, we had a pack of happy, content, and tired pups heading home for a well-earned rest!
